Pusan National University Museum
Opened in May 1964, Pusan National University Museum strives to study the prehistoric culture of Busan and Gyeongsangnam-do Province, as well as the culture of Gaya confederacy. With a total of 29,685 artifacts, the 1st floor displays relics for each period, while the 2nd floor features relics related to the culture of Gaya confederacy.

Pusan National University (PNU) Street of Youth
Stretching from Pusan Nat’l Univ. Station to the university itself, PNU Street of Youth is a place filled with youthful passion and dreams. Oncheoncheon Eoulmadang and Culture Sharing Center are located in this street, where the various performances, a flea market, and a youth culture festival are held. It also has various shopping and gastronomical experiences in its alleyways.

Oryundae Korean Martyrs Museum
Opened in 1982, Oryundae Korean Martyrs Museum is a Catholic church museum that displays artifacts of Korean martyrs and the church’s historical materials. It also exhibits and preserves the manuscript of Heungseon Daewongun (1863–1873) and other royal relics.

Yosan Literary Museum
Yosan Literary Museum is a cultural space established to commemorate Korean novelist Kim Jeong-han (pen-name: Yosan, 1908–1996). His well-preserved birthplace is also situated beside the museum. Yosan Literary Street, which was constructed from Cheongnyong Elementary School to Yosan Literary Museum, helps visitors learn more about the writer’s life and the literary world through sculptures and murals.

Beomeosa Museum
Opened on March 26, 2003, Beomeosa Museum displays artifacts related to Beomeosa Temple’s extensive history and other old historical materials, such as various books and records, printing woodblocks, and Buddhist paintings. The museum also houses 6 national designated cultural heritages, including Samguk yusa (Memorabilia of the Three Kingdoms), as well as 62 regional cultural heritages.

Beomeosa Temple
Beomeosa Temple was founded by Buddhist monk Uisang in 678, the 18th year of the reign of King Munmu (30th king of Silla Dynasty), to protect the country from Japanese raiders. The current building was rebuilt in 1613 (5th year of King Gwanghaegun’s reign of Joseon Dynasty). Along with Tongdosa Temple and Haeinsa Temple, Beomeosa Temple is one of the three greatest temples in the southern region of Korea.

Geumjeongsanseong Fortress (Historic Site No. 215)
Geumjeongsanseong Fortress is Korea’s longest fortress that measures 18,845 m long and 1.5–2 m tall, with a total area of approx. 8.2 km2. In great harmony with the beautiful mountain, the fortress has four main gates and a watchtower, serving as a popular shelter for hikers and visitors.
